The World’s First-Build for Liquid-Cooled AI Server

We proudly introduce the ASV Series, an automatic air purge vent specifically designed for liquid-cooled AI servers. It functions as an automatic air bleeding valve or air release valve (ARV), releasing trapped air from the liquid cooling system while retaining coolant.

The ASV is made from SUS316L stainless steel, a friction-welded float and specially used selected FKM seals for PG25 coolant. These materials support durability and compatibility with the cooling medium. 

Mirror-finish turning achieves a surface roughness of Ra below 0.8 μm. Rounded transitions of flow path, and minimized exterior seams help reduce areas where dust and impurities can collect, supporting cleanliness inside and outside the valve.

To prevent contamination, the ASV is assembled and tested with clean air in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom. Then, each valve is vacuum-sealed in an anti-static bag to ensure cleanliness during delivery.
The ASV series is compatible with Universal Quick Disconnect (UQD) adapters making removal and reconnection more convenient during maintenance.
